Refunds and Cancellation

At Synergy Healthcare and Wellness, we value both your time and our therapists’ time. To ensure smooth scheduling for all patients, we request your co-operation with the following:

1. Cancellations – Please provide at least 1 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 1 hours’ notice will be counted as a session.
2. No-Shows – Patients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged
   the full session fee.
3. Late Arrivals – Each session is 45 minutes. If you arrive late, your session will still end at
   the scheduled time, and the duration will not be extended. This applies to both
   Treatment and Rehabilitation sessions.
4. Treatment is 1:1 & Rehabilitation is 1:2
5. Payment cannot be Transferred or Refunded under any circumstances.
